Our standards DHD delivery charge is £50+VAT for Mainland UK (Surcharge may apply to other areas, feel free to contact us for more details
Our delivery time is between 7 to 10 working days, we use various courier companies, depending on where the order is going to.

Please Note: Our courier drivers will deliver to the door only and in case of flats and apartments, to the ground floor only. This is simply due to health and Safety Reasons as they are not insured for any damaged caused inside of your property and also to the injury caused to the driver himself.

All our deliveries are carried out by a selection of Third Party Courier Companies

• The deliveries are to the door only, for Flats or Apartments, to the ground floor only.
• Most deliveries are delivered within 7 to 10 working days, Some of the deliveries based on surcharge postcode areas may take a little bit longer.
• Please do not dispose of your existing bed/mattress until you receive the delivery.
• Please ignore estimate delivery date given by system.
• The courier company will contact you before the delivery and will give you the delivery date and the delivery time-slot which is usually 3 to 4 hours.
